A stream bitrate is not a frame rate.

The bitrate check reads the bitrate of the first video stream. It stops at 150 MB. The file stays in the browser.

The frame-rate check reads codec, fps, and pixel format. This check does not list those fields. It does not use the container bitrate when the video stream has no bitrate. A missing bitrate stays blank.

The size check reads duration and pixel size. The eight container tags stay on the tag check. A SHA-256 stays on the hash check. The read does not upload the file, change the file, or use a cloud output. A frame export is separate.

A bitrate does not guarantee reach, approval, or a lower ad cost.
