The check reads the codec name, the frame rate, and the pixel format of the first video stream. It stops at 150 MB. A missing frame rate stays blank.

The file stays in this browser. This read does not upload it and does not change it.

What this read leaves out

Duration, pixel size, and display aspect stay on the size check. This page does not list them. It does not use the tbr field as a frame rate.

The eight container tags stay on the tag check. A SHA-256 stays on the hash check. An audio-only file has no video stream.

A frame rate does not guarantee reach, approval, or a lower ad cost.
