Terms of Service

1. The service

Mirvio (operated by Media Atlas) provides software tools for researching, transcribing, and producing video-ad creative. The service is provided “as is” and evolves frequently; features may change or be discontinued.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, its credentials, and all activity under it. You may not use Mirvioto violate law, infringe others' intellectual-property rights, or interfere with the service. You are solely responsible for how you use researched or generated material in your own advertising and for compliance with the policies of any platform you publish to.

3. Voice tools

Voice conversion uses licensed stock voices only. The service does not offer voice cloning, and you may not attempt to use it to imitate a specific real person's voice.

4. Billing

Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe until canceled. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the paid period. Usage quotas and credits reset or accrue per your plan; unused monthly quota does not roll over.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of files you upload and outputs generated for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to process them and to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media Atlas is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
