Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data (name, email, password hash), billing data (handled by Stripe — we never see full card numbers), the content you submit to tools (URLs, uploads, transcripts, generated outputs), and basic usage metrics (which tools you run and how much quota they consume).

How we use it

To operate the service, enforce plan quotas, bill you, improve the tools, and send you service email (receipts, usage, product updates you can opt out of). We do not sell your data or use your private uploads to market to anyone else.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits and completed actions. We exclude file contents, transcripts, names, email addresses, and URL query strings. You can change your choice through Privacy settings. Essential account and quota records operate separately.

Processors

We rely on infrastructure and API providers to run the service — hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), storage (Cloudflare R2), payments (Stripe), email (Resend), and AI processing (speech and language APIs). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Retention and deletion

Content is retained while your account is active. Delete your account (or email us) and we remove your account data and stored content within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or fraud-prevention purposes.
